Service Charges
As part of our service we offer all introducers the opportunity to secure their client a free decision in principle, to help ensure they satisfy a specific lender's criteria for a mortgage prior making a formal application. All our service charges specific to your client's mortgage application will be included in the decision In principle document, meaning all they will be made aware of all our charges for processing the mortgage prior to them deciding whether to proceed to a full mortgage application.

Instances when these set charges may not apply
- When Connect Overseas needs to use a intermediary broker to secure the mortgage.
- When the mortgage sought is for commercial purposes.
- When the mortgage sought in excess of £500,000. In this instance we will quote you a price for our service on a case by case basis.
