Once received, your enquiry will be handed to one of our mortgage specialists, who will match your client’s criteria against the mortgage options available. In the event a mortgage specialist identifies a product they believe may be better suited to your client, they will contact you to discuss the options available, before requesting a decision in principle from the relevant mortgage provider.
